Detox Malaxation Massage - 50 minutes
This treatment includes: abdominal massage focusing on improving digestion and movement of stagnation through the intestines and colon. Lymphatic manipulation is also incorporated into this massage session. The results are improved digestion, reduction in abdominal discomfort, relief from constipation and more.

Wood Therapy Body Contouring - 60 minutes
This is a holistic therapy that includes the use of accessories made of wood in order to move fluid through the body and relax muscles. The use of the tools aides in breaking down fat deposits and to stimulates the lymphatic system. This provides skin smoothing, aesthetic benefits as well as therapeutic muscle and joint release.

Athletic Massage - 50 minutes
Not your typical massage for relaxation. This massage treatment is tailored to your body and athletic goals. It involves muscle activation through a sustained pose (think “plank”) and having massage techniques applied while you are in the activated muscle pose. The use of the wooden tools is to go deep into the muscle tissue and relieve areas of tightness and soreness. Similar to a deep tissue massage but with better control and distribution of pressure. The overall impact is release of fascia and improved range of motion in joints and muscles. This speeds up the removal of lactic acid and post-exercise fluid retention.

Post-Operation Massage - 60 minutes
The needs after surgery are very different than the standard massage needs. This type of massage care includes post-surgical drainage, port clearing, and moving of fluid through the body where there might be water retention after surgery. Please reach out to discuss your specific post-operation dates and needs as treatment options vary depending on the surgery type.

Cast Therapy Massage - 30 minute add-on treatment
A sculpting technique where a cast is applied in order to shape the body through applying a cast that will be worn for a specified amount of time before being removed to see the results. Egyptian Bandages - 30 minute add-on treatment
A sculpting technique where the body is wrapped in bandages. The bandages are first soaked in a camphor liquid in order to provide a cooling effect. Cooling the body creates a anti-inflammatory effect. The is a great addition after a massage.
